Internal Sales – Customer Service

We import and manufacture a variety of fence and gate products, gate automation and access control for the local market, and export around the globe.

We have an opportunity for a Customer Services / Internal Sales person to join our sales team based at our Head Office in Silverdale. If you’re an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record of sales support, customer service and relationship management, we’d love to hear from you.

The role is working with and supporting a growing sales and business development team.

Experience required for this role:

Administration, customer service and/or sales experience
Excellent phone manner
Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize and communicate well
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Software savvy (training offered, however ability to learn fast is required)
Being awesome and having fun

You will be required to learn fast on the job, process quotes and orders from customers, ensure accuracy and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and can interpret customer needs. The role will present challenges with product complexity, and a large range of products to learn.
