She’s worked in some of New Zealand's biggest newsrooms including 1News, Newshub, Radio LIVE, Today FM, Newstalk ZB and NZ Herald channeling that experience into creating her own media agency Wils & Co. Media. Storytelling is still at the heart of what she does, providing hosting, journalism PR, media training and MC services to a range of business clients and newsrooms.

In her talk, she’ll share insights from her journey of resilience, personal branding, and the art of owning your story, offering practical inspiration for every woman in business looking to stand tall, speak with confidence, and build a brand that truly reflects who they are.
