This session is aimed at all Leaders and Managers – both genders. All ages. Menopause in the workplace can be a health and safety issue and an employee retention issue…… and here is you thinking it was just a women’s issue! So if you care about H & S, employee retention and the women in your workplace then this session is for you.

For the last 12 months, Kellie has been quietly researching the subject and have put together an educational seminar which, with a little tongue in cheek, she has named “Working with Hot Chicks”. It’s straight-talking, practical, and designed for real workplaces. It also comes from a voice of experience.
