Care, Retention & Culture of a Remote Workforce

Join us online next Thursday 7 April @ 4:30pm

We are in the midst of the Omicron wave here in Aotearoa and those of us who are able to, are very much working from home (or sick — get well soon everyone with Covid!).
While we’re all hoping that the Covid situation will change, and soon, there is one aspect of this pandemic that many people are hoping will to some extent, stay the same: working from home.
For those who were typically desk and office-based, the necessity of working from home over the last two years appears to have morphed into a here-to-stay feature of working life.

Simon Hart and Te Rina Piho from ‘The People Place’ are going to share their expertise on ‘Care, Retention, and Culture of a Remote Workforce’

Join us online through Airmeet.

Matcha is powdered green tea. The origin of Matcha can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty of China more than 1000 years ago. Since it arrived in Japan in the 12th century, it quickly became an important part of Japanese culture. Nowadays it continues to gain popularity as the latest beverage fad.
